By registering for VELOCITY, you accept and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

By agreeing to these terms and conditions I understand and acknowledge that all registration sales are final and there are no refunds, no exchanges. Registration transfers may be made in advance up until September 22.  After this All Sales Are Final: We do NOT offer refunds for Registration purchases. No exceptions. You do have the option to transfer your ticket to another party, however transfers must be made in advance, no later than Monday, September 15, 2025.  After this date, name changes or attendee transfers must be made onsite with the Velocity registration team. 

All Velocity purchased transactions via credit card will reflect the name, Velocity or Velocity XP Event Company LLC on your credit card or bank statement.

Items Not Permitted: Event spaces do not allow outside food, beverages, or alcohol, mace/pepper spray, weapons, knives, and explosives.

LOST OR STOLEN PROPERTY: Velocity and their affiliates shall not be held responsible, financially or otherwise, for any personal property that is left, lost, stolen, destroyed, confiscated, damaged or misplaced anywhere at the JW Marriott at LA Live venue or during an event or activity, regardless of fault. You assume all risks of loss associated with the loss or damage to your personal property, event activity and activity hazards.

ASSUMPTION OF RISKS You assume any and all risks, whether expressly set forth herein, as well as, any other risks and dangers incidental or in any way relating to your presence during an event or activity, including any risks that occur prior, during or after the event or activity or any risks that are not foreseeable, such as, any and all risks arising from or relating to the acts or omissions of others (including artists, attendees, the venue owners or operators and its staff, employees and agents; or Velocity, its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, members, partners, agents or designees).

21 years and under must be accompanied by parent/guardian badge holder

AGREEMENT Any purchase or possession of badge holder registered guest for the event or activity constitutes the irrevocable acceptance of, and the agreement to be bound by, all of the terms and conditions contained herein, by you as either the purchaser, custodian or bearer of the badge holder (s) (hereinafter referred to as “You” or “Your”). You further acknowledge and agree that Velocity and its affiliates may, from time to time, modify, add, remove, supplement, amend, update or otherwise revise any or all of the terms and conditions contained herein from time to time, without advanced, direct or individual notification to you (collectively “Revise or Revision(s)”) and which Revisions shall, at the sole and absolute option of, Velocity, relate back to the date of purchase.

ZERO-TOLERANCE POLICY is enforced where threatening, hostile, intoxicated or violent behavior is suspected or exhibited, as determined by event security or staff. Security has the option to remove anyone that disturbs the peace.

PHOTOGRAPHY/VIDEO NOTICE – This Event is a widely-attended event. Velocity and third parties may photograph and/or video record activities at the Event for many purposes, including but not limited to, reporting, advertising and documentation purposes. By attending the Event, you consent to your image, likeness, and/or voice being captured and used.

• You grant Velocity a license to use, edit, reproduce, record, modify, enhance, encode, translate, distribute, play, perform, make available to other users, prepare derivative works of and to display your image and/or likeness (your “Likeness”) by any media or methods whether now known or later developed. This license may be exercised in our sole discretion throughout the world at any time.
• You agree that this license is perpetual, royalty-free and transferable. You agree that Velocity can sub-license this license to third parties. You irrevocably and unconditionally waive, with respect to your Likeness, all moral rights to which you may be entitled and any broadly equivalent rights in any territory of the world. This waiver is made in favor of Velocity but will also extend to our sub-licensees, assignees and successors in title.

REGISTRATION DATA COLLECTION AND PROCESSING – Velocity is collecting registration information for the purpose of registering individuals to attend the Event. The categories of personal information that we collect for this purpose may include: name, title, company, address, phone number, gender and email address. Registration information will be used to process Event badges, verify industry affiliation, send marketing emails in accordance with applicable privacy laws, send transactional emails and correspondence directly related to Event registration. We may share registration information with third parties that are directly related to the Event, subject to appropriate confidentiality and security arrangements, for purposes of show analysis, event production, event advertisement/marketing, press opportunities and event hosting.

When you register for this Event, you acknowledge that your personal information will be processed by Velocity in the United States as necessary for Velocity to complete your registration for, and facilitate your participation in, the Event in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and the selections that you or your authorized representative make.
