Sol becomes CEO of Orange, operating across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Eastern Europe—making him the first American to helm a CAC-40 company.

Digital Media Pioneer

Andrea becomes employee #25 at DailyCandy—the first lifestyle email newsletter that defined digital media and shaped how brands connected with audiences before "content marketing" existed.

World's First Digital Network

As CEO of Telstra in Australia, Sol creates the world's first fully digital nationwide network—delivered in under a year. A milestone in global telecommunications.

2008

Cultural Business Revolution

Andrea founds A.sweeT.—a first of its kind concept boutique in Beverly Hills that combines candy and clothing, making a splash across national and global media. A.sweeT. paves the way for fashion and collaborations to become mainstream and widespread.

Latino Economic Advocacy

Sol co-founds the Latino Donor Collaborative, developing economic frameworks and convening leaders to reframe Latino contributions as central to national growth and business strategy. Sol also introduces the first U.S. Latino GDP report as part of the LDC's data initiatives.
