Ted Craver

Ted Craver served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Edison International, an electric utility and energy services company, from 2008 to 2016, when he retired. Before joining Edison in 1996, he worked in the banking industry for 23 years. Mr. Craver currently serves on the Board of Directors of Duke Energy Corporation, where he is the Independent Chair, and the Board of Directors of Wells Fargo & Company, where he chairs the Audit Committee. He is a Senior Advisor to Blackstone Infrastructure Partners, a Senior Advisor to Bain & Company, and serves on the Advisory Boards of the Center on Cyber and Technology Innovation and Cordoba Corporation. During his time as CEO of Edison International, Mr. Craver served terms as Chairman of the Edison Electric Institute and the Electric Power Research Institute. Mr. Craver also served two terms on the Economic Advisory Council of the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco.
