Kevin Kellogg
Kevin Kellogg is Market President for the Pacific Northwest, which includes Oregon, Washington and California. Kevin is focused on community revitalization through the creation of high-quality mixed-income housing and mixed-use redevelopment. He has extensive experience in finance and development, architecture and urban design, construction management, community engagement, and establishing and maintaining co-development partnerships. Prior to joining Gorman, Kevin was director of Real Estate at Hacienda CDC, a latino based nonprofit, and held posts at the City of Santa Fe, New Mexico and the Housing Authority of Maricopa County, Arizona. Kevin served in several positions at the College of Design at Arizona State University, including teaching studio courses and leading funded, public-private research projects focused on urban sustainability, equitable development, transportation and housing policy. He holds a Masters of Architecture in Urban Design from Harvard University and a Bachelor of Architecture from
Arizona State University.
