Guillermo Diaz, Jr.

Guillermo Diaz, Jr. is a transformative business leader and advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion. He is the Founder and CEO of Conectado Inc., a Web3/AI platform advancing STEAM representation. Formerly Cisco’s Global CIO, he also chaired HITEC, the leading Hispanic tech executive organization. Diaz serves on the boards of Blue Shield of California, Jack in the Box, and Unicoin Inc., as well as Cristo Rey, NPower, and the Stanford Latino Entrepreneur Initiative. A U.S. Navy veteran, he holds a B.S. from Regis University and held leadership roles at Silicon Graphics, Ingram Micro, and Alza Corporation.
