Alex Seabold

Alex, Founder and President of GSI Builders Inc., (est. 2018) in Portland, Oregon, is a dedicated, talented, third-generation commercial contractor with extensive experience spanning Finance, architectural design, construction management, and private development. Alex understands and possesses the tools needed to analyze and optimize all aspects of construction projects from beginning to end. With over 24 years of direct experience including: jobsite supervision, estimating, project development and project management, he leads by example and has assembled a strong and very successful team of experienced professionals.

The strength of GSI Builders lies in its proven performance and deep knowledge of commercial construction principles and practices. Backed by a team of highly accomplished professionals dedicated to meeting the unique demands of every project, GSI Builders stands united in its mission and looks forward to continued growth and opportunity in the years ahead.

Having founded and started multiple small businesses, his primary passion leads him to assist others with opportunities to grow their own businesses in the commercial construction industry. “We grow together while creating opportunities for each other.” As a certified Minority General Contractor in the State of Oregon and a family history of Leadership in the Latino community in the Portland-Metro area, he has strong roots and ties to communities of color and continues to support the Latino Community both locally and nationally.

Alex’s education and training at Oregon State University and Portland State University focusing on Economics and International Finance, prepared him for his professional career.
