Albert Diaz

Albert Diaz is a global business leader and entrepreneur recognized for driving organizational change, rapid growth, and sustainable scale. Over the course of his career, he has held senior executive roles at Microsoft, Intel, and Symantec, where he transformed underperforming businesses into profitable, high-growth organizations. At Microsoft, Al led Azure Infrastructure Solutions within Microsoft’s Customer and Partner Solutions organization, driving global sales strategy and execution and reinvigorating one of Azure’s largest businesses. At Intel, he served in multiple Vice President and General Manager roles, including several leadership positions within Intel’s Data Center Group as well as leading Technical and Sales Enablement for Data Center Sales—fixing, building, and transforming organizations to contribute to the company’s growth. Earlier, at Symantec, he built a $100M appliance business from the ground up, cementing a reputation as a builder of high-performing teams and revenue-generating engines. In 2024, Al acquired West Coast Batteries, LLC, where he is applying the lessons of corporate leadership to private ownership. Based in Corona, California, the company serves businesses, fleets, and consumers nationwide with performance-focused sourcing, logistics, and lifecycle battery solutions. Al holds advanced degrees in Manufacturing Systems Engineering and Sociology. He and his wife, Jennifer, live in Portland, Oregon with their two sons, Javier and Rafael.
