Carlos Galdamez

Since joining the bank in 2006, Carlos has worked across multiple lines of business, and brings deep client management, project management, process design and optimization, and operations acumen, as well as deep talent management experience. In his most recent role as Sales Performance & Support Executive, he led sales performance and strategy as well as leading the sales support organization for the Northeast commercial banking region for 8 years. 

Today, Carlos sits in Hartford, CT as the Hispanic-Latino Business Segment Executive working with the bank’s eight lines of business to bring solutions to businesses owners and help drive revenue growth and grow market share. 

Carlos has a Bachelors degree in Spanish Literature from the University of California at Santa Barbara and currently sits on the Board of the Hartford Public Library and is Executive Sponsor of HOLA CT. Originally from Los Angeles, California, Carlos enjoys being a father of two boys and one girl (13, 10, 7).
