Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer , Target
Rick Gomez is executive vice president and chief commercial officer for Target and a member of the company’s leadership team. He has oversight of Target’s multicategory merchandise assortment, including home, apparel and accessories, essentials and beauty, hardlines, and food and beverage. He also leads owned brands, enterprise insights, and merchandising planning and capabilities.
Since joining Target in 2013, Rick has held a number of leadership roles across the enterprise. He was promoted to the executive leadership team in 2017 when he was named chief marketing officer, and in the ensuing years his role was expanded to include leadership of Target’s e-commerce and strategy teams as well. As chief marketing, digital and strategy officer, Rick played a critical role in Target’s 2017 strategy reset and the launch of Target Circle in 2019.
In 2021, Rick was named chief food and beverage officer, a role in which he helped successfully reposition Target as a leading destination for food, with industry-leading growth across popular owned brands, including Good & Gather and Favorite Day.
Prior to joining Target, Rick served as vice president of brand marketing at MillerCoors. He also held multiple leadership roles at PepsiCo, including chief marketing officer of the non-carbonated beverage portfolio. He began his career in brand management at the Quaker Oats Co.

Solomon D. (“Sol”) Trujillo is a global business executive who has been recognized as a game changer and innovator for his transformation of three large market-cap global companies in three different corridors of the world (the Americas, EMEA, and Asia Pacific). His leadership was recognized by Bloomberg naming Sol one of the 100 most influential Latinos, as well as more recently named by TIME Magazine as one of the 100 most influential people in philanthropy.
Known for his transformation, leadership, innovation, and performance, across different world cultures, and for driving unprecedented growth, he has led various sectors, including communications, media, and technology. He was a leader in the digitization of our lives, launching the first fixed-line broadband deployments, introducing the first version of the smart phone, and launching the world’s first nationwide national ultra-highspeed wireless broadband networks. His digital leadership resulted in Sol being named the First Digital Telco CEO by the U.S. Presidential Science Adviser.

Holly O’Neill is president of Consumer, Retail and Preferred, and a member of Bank of America’s executive management team.
Holly leads Retail Banking and Preferred Banking, two of the company’s eight lines of business. In this role, she is responsible for serving the financial needs of our 70 million clients through our 3,700 financial centers, 15,000 ATMs and client care centers, as well as through our award-winning digital capabilities.

Anchor and Managing Editor , NBC Nightly News with Tom Llamas
Tom Llamas is anchor and managing editor of NBC Nightly News with Tom Llamas and anchor of Top Story with Tom Llamas, a daily streaming primetime newscast on NBC News NOW. In his role, Llamas leads breaking news and political coverage for NBC News and NBC News NOW.
His previous marathon coverage on big news nights, including the 2024 Election Night and the September 2024 Presidential Debate, has led NBC News NOW to ratings milestones. Throughout the 2024 campaign cycle, he was also a key contributor to NBC News’ network coverage and on Election Night, he provided viewers with the latest breakdown of numbers and results from the Big Board.
Since rejoining NBC News in 2021, Llamas has reported across the globe on major breaking news, including on the New Orleans terror attack, the Israel-Hamas war, the war in Ukraine, the June 2024 assassination attempt on President Trump, the deadly Baltimore bridge collapse, the migrant crisis at the U.S.-Mexico border, the Tokyo and Paris Olympics and numerous natural disasters, including the 2023 Lahaina wildfires.

He also held roles in local news, including at WTVJ in South Florida as a general assignment reporter and WNBC in New York, where he served as an anchor and investigative reporter.
Llamas has received numerous awards and honors throughout his career, including the National Association of Hispanic Journalists’ Presidential Award of Impact and the El Award from El Diario, the largest and oldest Spanish-language daily in the U.S. In 2022, he and his team were awarded NAHJ’s Al Neuharth Award for Investigative Journalism. In 2013, he received Emmy awards for Best Anchor and Best Hard News Story and in 2012, he won two regional Edward R. Murrow awards for feature and hard news reporting. Additionally, he was also part of the WNBC team that won the Murrow award for breaking news coverage of Hurricane Sandy in 2014.
A native of Miami, he graduated from Loyola University in New Orleans with Bachelor of Arts degrees in broadcast journalism, as well as drama and speech. Llamas also completed a program at the University of Miami’s Institute for Cuban and Cuban American Studies, which focused on Raul Castro and Cuban American voters.
He currently resides in New York with his wife, two daughters and son.
