Sheena Fain

Sheena Fain is a seasoned professional who brings a wealth of experience to her role as Community and Citizenship Manager at Turner Construction. With a strong background in HR leadership and community engagement, Sheena is committed to ensuring equitable and sustainable impact in the communities where Turner operates. She excels at fostering strategic relationships and promoting community engagement through servant leadership and transformative practices. 

Before joining Turner, Sheena made significant contributions as the City of Akron’s first Contract Compliance & Supplier Diversity Officer under the administration of Mayor Horrigan. In this role, she refined her skills in development and community engagement, advocating for initiatives that promoted economic mobility in underserved business communities and social equity. 

Sheena holds an MBA from the University of Phoenix and a BA in Management. She has also received various certifications, including one in Entrepreneurship from Cornell University. Her academic background, coupled with her passion for community empowerment, has positioned her as a vital asset to any team. 

Her commitment to community, transformative leadership, and ability to solve complex issues has made her an influential force in driving positive change. In her past roles, Sheena has consistently demonstrated her dedication to creating opportunities for underserved populations and fostering a culture of inclusivity, making her an invaluable contributor to her organization and the communities she serves.
