Kizmet Mills

Kizmet Mills, VP, Chief Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Officer has been with Nike nearly 10 years working (her dream company). She has served as Senior Director of Global University Relations and Recruiting Programs, leading the Talent Acquisition Center of Expertise (COE). In this role, Kizmet shaped the global strategy for early-in-career and emerging talent across Nike, Converse, and Jordan brands. Her leadership also extended to specialized talent programs – such as Nike’s world class internship program and enterprise initiatives to ensure alignment between talent strategies and priorities to advance Nike’s DEI commitments. 

In 2023, Kizmet joined the Global Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) team as Senior Director and member of the DEI leadership team. In this role, she led Talent Innovation, DEI Learning, Partnerships, and our Employee Resource Groups – known as the Global Nike UNITED Networks. 

Before joining Nike, Kizmet held various senior HR roles at global companies, building her career at the intersection of her passion and purpose: HR with a sharp focus on Talent and advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace – where all employees can thrive and feel they belong.
