John Armstrong

John Armstrong is a Managing Director in the Engineering & Construction practice of BMO Bank with responsibility for client coverage in the sector. He has over 25 years broad experience in all aspects of the E&C sector including bank market financing, capital markets origination, strategic alternatives, financial and credit analysis, surety and insurance, financial reporting, management accounting and controls, as well as E&C industry strategic and tactical analysis.

In addition, John has deep expertise in general  banking operations including cash management, liquidity and investment management, foreign exchange, risk management, private wealth management, ownership transition and corporate finance advisory services.

Prior to joining BMO in 2005, John was previously employed with Bank of America, Reliance / Travelers Insurance Company and PHH Corporation. Mr. Armstrong holds a B.A. in Economics from McDaniel College and a M.B.A. from Duke University.
