David Arenas

David Arenas is the Managing Director of Investments and Development at ALL Construction Group, and President of David Arenas and Associates, Inc. David is a Co-Founder and Member of the Board Directors of the Hispanic Construction Council. With a distinguished career spanning finance, investments, real estate development, technology, operations, construction project management, corporate board governance, and executive leadership, David is a seasoned executive known for his strategic insights and transformative leadership.

David has a rich history of advising clients ranging from Fortune 100 corporations to high-growth startups, providing invaluable expertise in addressing critical strategic, investment, governance, and leadership challenges. His unique perspective, shaped by executive roles in technology investment banking, board advisory services, distribution, and the infrastructure-construction sectors, enables him to effectively engage with leaders and clients, driving organizations through their next stages of growth and development.

Previously, David served as Managing Principal at James Drury Partners, where he led the firm’s Hispanic board services practice. Before that, he founded and led his own firm, David Arenas and Associates, providing strategic, financial, and managerial advisory services. His career also includes significant executive positions at N.B. Handy, Spencer Stuart, SG Cowen, and JP Morgan.

David holds an MBA and a master’s degree in engineering management, both from Northwestern University. He is an executive member of the Latino Corporate Directors Association, a former Board Member of the Illinois Capital Development Board, and an advisor and mentor to the Hispanic IT Executive Council (HITEC) and mHUB’s Climate and Clean Energy Technology Accelerator.
